Jim Erhardt is a Senior Technical Instructor/Instructional Designer at Watts, where he is responsible for defining, developing new, and revising existing training curricula for use in instructor-lead, eLearning or mobile scenarios. Joining Watts in 2007 as a Product Manager for the hydronic and relief valve product lines, Jim brings more than 40 years of experience in the plumbing and hydronics industry to the company. He is a former schoolteacher, licensed master plumber, and fulltime technical trainer. He is also a certified instructor for the ASSE / IAPMO / ANSI Standards 19210 Hydronic Systems Certification Program.
