TRITON Series TRCU-M1 Control Unit
The TRITON Series TRCU-M1 Control Unit uses a radio frequency (RF) signal to quickly and effectively weld flexible plastic piping indoors and in the field. The easy to use unit enables pipe joining and pressure testing in minutes instead of hours. It’s part of the TRITON Pipe Fusion system that includes specialized TRITON pipe fittings. The lightweight portable unit plugs into standard electrical outlets and includes a 10′ GFCI-protected power cord and 20′ Fuser cable.
Features
- Self-calibrating: automatically adjusts to ambient environmental conditions and Fuser size
- Other non-potable applications include geothermal, irrigation, mining, process, and natural gas
- Converts 120/130 VAC current to DC current and then to a radio frequency (RF) signal heat source
- Display indicates when the weld is complete
