The Smart Steam Control 289KIT, connected through the Nexa(TM) by Watts mobile/web app is a simple solution to manage all steam boilers across multiple properties. Connectivity to Nexa significantly improves ease of job and reduces the number of staff hours visiting plant rooms. The Smart Steam Control 289 is designed to operate up to 2 steam boilers on either one or two pipe steam applications. The system can provide up to 20 percent energy savings through Outdoor Reset technology, Indoor Temperature Feedback, and Warm Weather Shutdown. The Kit comes with wireless mesh indoor and outdoor sensors and mesh network extenders to set up a mesh network for advanced indoor feedback.
