The Invita(TM) Wi-Fi Thermostat, paired with the Watts FloodSafe(R) water detector shutoff, helps protect the home from catastrophic damage due to water heater leaks. The FloodSafe sensor detects water beneath the heater and automatically shuts off the water supply and power source. The 3/4 IN safety valve is easily testable and resettable by contractors or homeowners. The system includes a control unit, water dam, power supply, power cut-out module with 220V pilot, and detection pad. The Watts Home app sends instant alerts to a phone allowing arrangements for repairs to happen sooner. Upgrading to the Invita(R) Wi-Fi Thermostat 564 smart thermostat is simple as it uses the existing 2 wires, no need to pull new wires or patch and repaint walls, and also eliminates the need to change batteries. The Invita connects to an HVAC Interface Module in the mechanical room and works with most heating and cooling systems, including conventional, heat pump, and dual fuel, and offers built-in fan, humidity, and ventilation control, backed by the Energy Star Mark.
