LFF115-7
Pressure Reducing Control Valve with Downstream Surge Control
LFF115-7
Pressure Reducing Control Valve with Downstream Surge Control
Features
- Reduces a fluctuating higher upstream pressure to a constant lower downstream pressure
- Quickly closes when a high pressure downstream condition occurs
- Body and cover are constructed of strong and durable ductile iron (ASTM A536)
- Simplified and efficient design is easy and economical to maintain
- Integrates smart devices with BAS via RS-485 Modbus or with the Nexa® platform over Wi-Fi
Series LFF115‑7 and LFF1115‑7 pressure reducing and downstream surge control valves are designed to automatically reduce a fluctuating high upstream pressure to a constant lower downstream pressure, regardless of flow rate variations. In response to a sudden downstream pressure surge, the valve rapidly modulates toward the closed position, preventing damaging high inlet pressure from passing through to downstream piping.
SentryPlus Alert® technology adds intelligent pressure monitoring and notification, using integrated sensors to track pressure fluctuations at up to three points and assess valve performance in real time.
When paired with an ACV, the Sensor Control Monitor kit issues maintenance alerts (such as when differential pressure rises above a preset limit) and communicates either through BAS integration via RS‑485 Modbus or through the Nexa® platform over Wi‑Fi.
