Kolyn Marshall brings 30 years of experience with Watts to the Watts Works training team. Starting in radiant heating and snowmelt system design, he expanded into ACVs, RainCycle, IntelliStation, and other key product lines.

Today, Kolyn develops and delivers dynamic instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs across North America. A published author within the hydronic industry, he combines deep technical expertise with real-world application to help professionals design with confidence.

Dean Olsen brings more than 30 years of experience in instructional design and technical training. He specializes in cross-connection control, backflow prevention, water quality, and leak detection solutions.

Known for blending practical insights with hands-on wet lab experiences, Dean helps professionals strengthen safety, efficiency, and system performance. He is an ASSE-certified backflow tester and holds a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.
