LFF6115-7JM
Pressure Reducing Control Valve with Downstream Surge Control Feature
Features
- Designed for retrofit applications with compact 12 1/4 inch laying length
- Throttles to reduce high upstream pressure to constant lower downstream pressure
- Closes quickly when downstream pressure exceeds reduced pressure setpoint
- Ideal for use when high capacity on-off equipment is installed downstream
- Reducing and surge control setpoints are separately adjustable
- 4 inch reduced port ANSI 150# flanged
- Integrates with the Sensor Control Monitor to deliver maintenance alerts to BAS via RS-485 Modbus or the Nexa platform by Wi-Fi connectivity
Series LFF6115‑7JM combination pressure‑reducing and surge automatic control valve is designed to automatically reduce a higher, fluctuating upstream pressure to a constant, lower downstream pressure. In the event of a sudden downstream pressure increase above the regulated setpoint, the valve rapidly modulates toward the closed position, preventing damaging high inlet pressure from passing through to downstream piping.
SentryPlus Alert® technology adds intelligent pressure monitoring and notification, using integrated sensors to track pressure fluctuations at up to three points and assess valve performance in real time.
When paired with an ACV, the Sensor Control Monitor kit issues maintenance alerts (such as when differential pressure rises above a preset limit) and communicates either through BAS integration via RS‑485 Modbus or through the Nexa® platform over Wi‑Fi.
