Series LFM115-7, LFM1115-7 Pressure Reducing and Downstream Surge Control Valve is designed to automatically reduce a fluctuating higher upstream pressure to a constant lower downstream pressure regardless of varying flow rate, and quickly modulate toward a closed position when a sudden high pressure downstream condition occurs. The quick closing action of the valve prevents possible damaging high inlet pressure from passing through the valve to downstream piping.
SentryPlus Alert® technology adds intelligent pressure monitoring and notification, using integrated sensors to track pressure fluctuations at up to three points and assess valve performance in real time.
When paired with an ACV, the Sensor Control Monitor kit issues maintenance alerts (such as when differential pressure rises above a preset limit) and communicates either through BAS integration via RS‑485 Modbus or through the Nexa® platform over Wi‑Fi.
