This 1 by 3/4 inch dual check valve prevents the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the drinking water supply at the service entrance or at individual outlets. This valve is designed for non-health hazard residential water system containment, continuous pressure applications. It can be installed in a vertical or horizontal position. It consists of a bronze body, meter thread female (swivel) inlet by union NPT thread male outlet, two plastic replaceable check valves, and stainless steel springs. Minimum working pressure is 10 psi (69 kPa). Maximum working pressure is 150 psi (10 bar).
