3/4 X 3/4 In Bronze Dual Check Valve Backflow Preventer, Union Quick Connect Inlet By Union Quick Connect Outlet
This 3/4 by 3/4 inch dual check valve backflow preventer prevents the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the drinking water supply at the service entrance or at the individual outlets. It consists of a bronze body construction with two plastic replaceable check valves and stainless steel springs. It is designed for non-health hazard residential water system containment, continuous pressure applications. It is installed immediately downstream of the residential water meter in a vertical or horizontal position. Check with local inspection authorities for installation requirements. The minimum working pressure is 10 psi (69 kPa) and the maximum working pressure is 150 psi (10 bar).
