This 8 Inch detector check valve is used in fire protection applications to detect leakage or unauthorized use of water in fire sprinkler systems. This valve features a fabricated steel body construction and stainless steel linkage. It comes with 125 pound flanged ends and can be installed in a horizontal or vertical position and has a gallons per minute meter. The maximum pressure is 175 psi (12.06 BAR).
