This 2 IN silent check valve is used to prevent back pressure and the water hammer that results from reverse flow. The guided disc is spring-loaded to ensure closure prior to damaging reverse pressure. This globe style silent check valve allows for greater flow than a wafer design. It is class 125 flanged with stainless steel trim.
