This 1/2 inch OD, 3/8 inch ID, durable, corrosion resistant stainless steel gas connector is configured with 3/8 inch MIP x 1/2 inch MIP adapters and is 24 inches in length. With a durable pre-applied high temperature black coating, the Whisper-Flex(R) gas connector provides a low-visibility gas connector installation. Engineered for high BTU applications, noise disruptors have been added to provide silent gas flow in high volume gas applications. This CSA approved gas connector has a premium antimicrobial coating for increased safety, durability, and longevity. It is commonly used for the installation of home appliances such as gas log sets, fireplace inserts, and freestanding fireplaces.
