Diaphragm Valves Whiteline PVDF SF
Whiteline PVDF Diaphragm Valves are used in medical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, research and other high-purity liquid transportation applications where the highest-quality systems are required. Molded from Polyvinylidene fluoride, Whiteline PVDF pipe contains no plasticizers, pigments, or other additives that could potentially contaminate the liquids being transported. It is the best choice where contamination of any type is not acceptable. Its chemical and impact resistant properties also make it ideal for severe environments. Joining is done with the Socket Fusion method which provides strong, durable, and hermetically-sealed joints in high-purity piping systems. This heat fusion method uses a thermostatically controlled heat tool for quickly creating permanent and tamper-proof joints that perform in severe use applications. Valves are tested to 150 psi @ 73°F.
