This 1/2 inch lead free high performance water pressure reducing valve is designed to reduce incoming water pressure to protect plumbing systems and reduce water consumption for commercial, industrial and residential applications. All parts are quickly and easily serviceable without removing the valve from the line. This assembly consists of a bronze body construction, integral stainless steel strainer, gauge tapping and a 160 psi (11.0 bar) gauge, replaceable seat module, NPT threaded female union inlet by NPT female outlet with a built in thermal expansion bypass to control thermal expansion pressure. This valve is adjustable for high pressure ranges 75-100 psi (518 to 690 kPa). The pressure setting is set at 90 psi (621 kPa).
