The PWS20‑2‑PPSM Series includes 2-inch duplex alternating skid-mounted softeners designed for commercial applications that require a continuous supply of soft water and dependable flow performance. With grain capacities ranging from 150,000 to 600,000 grains, these systems alternate between two mineral tanks, ensuring one tank is always online while the other regenerates. This configuration supports flow rates from 65 to 105 GPM per tank, depending on model size.

Each system utilizes high-capacity cation exchange resin housed in durable fiberglass mineral tanks and is mounted on a pre-plumbed steel skid to simplify installation. Systems are supplied complete with mineral tanks, resin, and control valves, all NSF and ANSI certified for quality and compliance. The durable brass control valve is highly configurable, easy to maintain, and operated by an advanced electronic controller that stores key operational history for user access. Metered, demand-initiated regeneration ensures the system regenerates only when necessary, reducing water, salt, and operational costs while maximizing efficiency.
