This 48 1/2 inch tall Smart OneFlow(R) anti-scale system conditions the incoming water and provides scale protection on internal plumbing surfaces to extend the life of equipment by transforming dissolved hardness minerals into harmless, inactive microscopic particles. It is installed upright at point of entry to a building for water below 110 degrees F (43 degrees C). The specially designed components work in applications before a water heater, boiler or other hot water device that requires protection from the effects of hard water. OneFlow is not a water softener and does not add chemicals or remove minerals, but provides environmentally friendly technology to reduce scale buildup. The system consists of a black 12 GPM tank with a 1 inch plastic MPT 90 degree elbow connection, media which should be replaced every 3 years , and a smart Wi-Fi enabled monitor that alerts you via email/SMS when media replacement is due. These OneFlow systems are certified by WQA to NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 for material safety and structural integrity and to NSF/ANSI/CAN 372 for lead free compliance. The U-M311 Wi-Fi enabled monitor is also certified by WQA to NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 for material safety and structural integrity and to NSF/ANSI/CAN 372 for lead free compliance.
