Micron Pentair activated carbon block filter cartridges are NSF Standard 42 certified and uses top of the line coconut shell carbon. The low cost carbon block filter outperforms GAC cartridges in chlorine reduction, lower pressure drop, lower cost, and offers no water channeling. Designed for usage up to 20,000 gallons.
