These 1 micron string wound sediment filter cartridges are made of 100 percent polypropylene string for excellent chemical resistance with no media migration and high quality food grade ingredients for potable water. They do not contain leachables that could contaminate downstream. They are rated for temperatures up to 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) and the water pressure is rated up to 40 psi.
