This permeate pump operates as a non-electrical energy recovery device which dramatically improves the efficiency of a reverse osmosis systems. The permeate pump uses only the hydraulic energy of the brine water to push additional purified water into your pressure tank. This increased pressure allows the reverse osmosis membrane to perform as if within an atmospheric tank system. The use of a permeate pump improves membrane life and the system performance. This kit includes a 1/4 inch and a 3/8 inch adapter.
