North Andover, MA

Our flagship Learning Center located in North Andover, MA is just 20 miles north of Boston and features three modern classrooms, working mechanical rooms and a pressurized water lab for hands-on training.

Course topics include Automatic Control Valves, Backflow Prevention, Digital Mixing, Drainage Solutions, Washroom & Safety Solutions, Water Quality, and Leak Defense Solutions, among others.

Visitors can tour the lead-free bronze foundry and factory in Franklin, NH.

Blauvelt, NY

Established 2016

Step into the heart of New York with our Blauvelt Learning Center. This facility spans 4,200 square feet and is equipped with 16 fully operational production boiler units for an immersive hands-on training experience. Here, technicians and engineers can hone their skills on how to service AERCO solutions, troubleshoot and perform maintenance, and integrate a Building Automation System with ease.

St Pauls, NC

Established 2018

The St. Pauls Learning Center is located in southeastern North Carolina and merges classroom learning with practical real-world experience in our hands-on lab.

This center focuses on training for Drainage Solutions, Strainers, Check Valves, Butterfly Valves, Backflow Prevention, Digital Mixing, and Leak Defense Solutions.

It also offers an optional tour of the manufacturing facilities for Mueller Steam Specialty and Orion products.

Woodland, CA

Established 2016

The Woodland Learning Center, located near Sacramento, CA, features a unique Fire Academy where professionals can learn about controlling water flow in fire sprinkler systems.

The center provides hands-on training in Automatic Control Valves, Backflow Prevention, and Risers. Courses are designed to offer practical and real-world experience in a pressurized water lab.

An optional factory tour is available, providing insights into the manufacturing processes of critical Watts products.

Burlington, ON

Established 2019

The Burlington Learning Center is located 45 minutes from the Toronto airport and offers a comprehensive training environment for enhancing the practical skills and technical knowledge of industry professionals for the full spectrum of Watts brands.

Equipped with a pressurized water lab, the center provides participants with real-world demonstrations and hands-on learning experiences.

An optional tour of the distribution center, provides guests insights into the logistics of Watts products.

Forth Worth, TX

Established 2022

The Fort Worth Learning Center is located just 30 minutes from the DFW airport and provides expert-led training with a focus on practical skills features working mechanical room and a pressurized water lab for hands-on training.

Course topics include Automatic Control Valves, Backflow Prevention, Heat Pumps, Drainage Solutions, Water Quality, Leak Defense, and Water Heaters, to name a few.

Visitors can tour this facility to see the manufacturing of Water Heaters, Risers, Stainless-Steel Drains, Water Quality Products, and Engineered System Solutions.

Escondido, CA

Established 2024

The Escondido Learning Center is situated just 35 minutes north of San Diego and offers specialized training in Leak Defense and Build Alert systems for applications, including residential, commercial, multi-family, and construction settings.

The center's training facility includes a hands-on experience in a pressurized water lab.

An optional factory tour to see the manufacturing of Leak Defense Automatic Shut-off Valves, POLDs, and more is available.
