This 2 1/2 inch LFF113FP flood protection shutdown control valve protects against property damage caused by continuous discharge from a reduced pressure zone backflow assembly. With SentryPlus Alert(R) continuous monitoring technology in place, the flood sensor and sensor activation module attached to the assembly relief valve signal the relay box when discharge is continuous. The activation module includes a tiny time delay to prevent signaling based on intermittent or nuisance relief valve discharges. Activated through an add-on connection kit, the sensor can trigger the alert system sending notification of flood detection to facility personnel. This Classic valve style has a globe body pattern with class 150 flanged end connections.
