Series 140 Automatic Reseating Temperature and Pressure Relief Valves now come packaged with SentryPlus Alert® discharge line flood sensors for monitoring unwanted valve discharges once activated. When paired with an add on connection kit, the sensor is activated to relay alerts for potential flooding events. Connection kit options include BMS and the Sensor Control Monitor which enables integration with BAS via RS‑485 Modbus or the Nexa® platform through Wi-Fi.
Series 140 valves provide higher capacity temperature and pressure protection to domestic hot water supply tanks and hot water heaters for various commercial applications. Valves are ASME rated and CSA listed.
