The PWS30-P‑PPSM Series consists of 3-inch progressive flow skid-mounted water softening systems available in duplex, triplex, and quadplex configurations, offering maximum flexibility for high-flow commercial and industrial applications. With total grain capacities ranging from 300,000 to 1.05M grains, these systems are designed to scale with demand while maintaining consistent soft water delivery. Progressive flow technology enables multiple tanks to operate simultaneously, ensuring optimal performance during peak conditions and efficient system utilization across varying loads.

Each system is built with high-capacity cation exchange resin housed in durable fiberglass mineral tanks and is mounted on a pre-engineered, pre-plumbed steel skid for simplified installation. Systems include mineral tanks, resin, and control valves, all NSF and ANSI certified. Heavy-duty brass control valves provide reliable operation, configurability, and ease of maintenance, while advanced electronic controllers store operational history and enable system monitoring. Metered, demand-initiated regeneration ensures the system regenerates only when necessary, reducing water, salt, and operational costs while maximizing efficiency.
