The HC-80 Series of heavy commercial reverse osmosis systems are engineered for high-performance water purification across a wide range of industrial and municipal applications. These systems, built on a robust powder-coated frame and equipped with ultra-low energy brackish membranes housed in FRP pressure vessels, deliver efficient, high-volume filtration with flow capacities ranging from 22 to 230 gallons per minute (GPM).
Each RO system features a multistage centrifugal pump, pre-filtration, liquid-filled pressure gauges, and low-pressure protection with microprocessor auto reset. A digital controller with customizable settings ensures precise operation, while integrated flow meters for product, reject, and recycle streams, along with real-time total dissolved solids (TDS) monitoring, provide continuous oversight of water quality.
Designed for reliability, scalability, and ease of integration, these systems are ideal for demanding environments such as boiler feed, food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical production, hospitality, municipal water treatment, and mining operations.
