This 22 inch tall OneFlow (R) anti-scale system conditions hot water and provides scale protection on internal and external surfaces to extend the life of equipment and instruments by transforming dissolved hardness minerals into harmless, inactive microscopic particles. Used for commercial and medical applications, the specially designed components work in applications where the water is heated between 100 to 150 degree F (38 to 66 degree C) and the hot water feed line is further heated (booster heater) or brought to steam (steam generator or autoclave), but not yet treated for scale control. OneFlow is not a water softener and does not add chemicals or remove minerals, but provides environmentally friendly technology to prevent scale buildup which is accelerated in hot water environments. The system is installed upright and consists of a 20 GPM tank with a 1 inch FNPT bypass connection and media which should be replaced every 3 years.
