This 4 inch lead free MasterSeries(R) reduced pressure zone backflow preventer assembly help protect against high hazard (toxic) fluids in water services to industrial installations and applications. This assembly consists of an epoxy coated ductile iron body, domestic outside stem and yoke resilient seated gate valves, test cocks, spring loaded check valves, and a pressure differential relief valve. The ductile iron body is fused with patented 3-part ArmorTek(R) epoxy coating for advanced corrosion resistance. Improved with a stainless-steel relief valve seat, these rugged assemblies yield greater dependability and extended valve life. The coating on this backflow assembly uses ArmorTek, a patented 3-part advanced epoxy coating system designed to limit both microbial induced (MIC) and exposed metal substrate corrosion. This backflow assembly contains a flood sensor with SentryPlus Alert(R) technology to detect excessive water discharges from the relief valve. When activated through an add-on sensor connection kit, the flood sensor can send an alert to notify personnel about potential flooding. Add-on sensor connection kits are available for BMS and cellular communications.
