This 10 inch lead free MasterSeries(R) configurable reduced pressure zone backflow preventer assembly help protect against high hazard (toxic) fluids in water services to industrial installations and applications. This valve features a longer lay-length for drop-in replacement of competitor?s Z-pattern valves. This assembly consists of an epoxy coated ductile iron body, domestic OSY resilient seated gate valves, test cocks, spring loaded check valves and a pressure differential relief valve. Improved with a stainless-steel relief valve seat, these rugged assemblies yield greater dependability and extended valve life. This backflow assembly contains a flood sensor with SentryPlus Alert(R) technology to detect excessive water discharges from the relief valve. When paired with an add-on connection kit, the sensor is activated to relay alerts for potential flooding events. Connection kit options include BMS, cellular communication, and the Sensor Control Monitor which enables integration with BAS via RS-485 Modbus or the Nexa(R) platform through Wi-Fi.
